Yurike Veronika Pansinghi..i just new for health world. but i love read @yours.i really really agree with you about stop consume soda. i start drinking it when i was elementary school, but entering university, i read a lot and decide to stop drink soda.
WendyI also DO NOT drink diet soda and very seldom drink regular soda. Instead I prefer a drink called “Mental Power Booster” (MPB). It’s a citrus flavored powdered drink mix made from natural ingredients. MPB mixes with water, it tastes great, it helps naturally with energy levels and concentration without caffeine or other stimulants.
Grady McMurrayGreat site. I prefer purified water and specialty tea. Both taste good and are very healthy for you. It has been over 2 years since I've had coffee or soft drinks.
rmsReally great tips about the soda on your blog. I hate to admit, I'm addicted to the stuff but am trying to cut down.
