A Black Belt at 50 - Who would have thunk it?

The Karate Odyssey of a 50 something guy who watched his son at karate and joined right up. I'm now wearing a black belt, who woulda thunk it? It's about my training, thoughts on the martial arts, and why it makes sense for me. And my two kids. Plus all my kata learned at Steve Lavallee's Black Belt East Coast Karate School.
