Tammy Mitchell
Hi,
I'm looking for descenants of William Wilson Mitchell, who was listed as living at 11Lothair Road, Finsbury Park, in 1911, by his son William Edward Mitchell, when he was on a ship from the UK to Canada, via the USA.
William W. Mitchell was a coffee/tea dealer in Ceylon Colombo between 1868-1915 at the time of his death. He lived in both England, and Sri lanka during those years.
His son, William Edward Mitchell had a son named Frank Alexander Wilson Mitchell, those three men worked as business men within the company of Darly Butler in Ceylon.
That company is still active today.
Frank Alexander Wilson Mitchell had a daughter named Barbara Joan Mitchell. Barbara Joan Mitchell married a man named Ambrose Cambridge Barber in 1957 in Normandy, Surrey England, at the District Church of Wyke in the Parish of Worplesdon.
I am connected to this family thru William Wilson Mitchell's Grandfather from 1784-ish.
Would be nice to connect to living descendants for research and some fun exchange of info. I have a lot of family tree info.

Frank Alexander Wilson Mitchell was the son of Frank Smedley Mitchell, not William Edward Mitchell.
I have confirmed a bit more info regarding the children of Frank Smedley Mitchell.
His children were:
1. Frank Alexander Wilson Mitchell
Franks children were:
Yvonne Frances Mitchell, Barbara Joan Mitchell & Ann Mitchell, who were still alive in 1947.
2. Marjorie Hume Mitchell
who seemed to have married into the surname Bradley.
3. Heather Mary Mitchell
who seemed to have married into the surname Cameron.
Her children were named:
Gillian Mary Cameron & Neil Charles Cameron.
