In A Dog's Voyage Around The World™, we are introduced to Pet Lifestyle Advisor Wendy Nan Rees and her Dog Captain (AKA “Cappy”) as they get ready for their trip around the world.
Cappy would like to say “Please sit down with a bone and your best friend and join Mom and myself as we get ready to go on a voyage. I sure hope my Mom has a nice new bag for me."
A Dog's Voyage Around the World™ is a story about a Pet Lifestyle Advisor and her almost divorced husband who take their four dogs (plus their sister dog, Prince Gomez), back east to their beach home in the Hampton's for the month of August. One rainy day, when the family is off in South Hampton buying supplies for a weekend party, the gang of eight dogs (four of whom live back east and four who come to visit for one month) begin what is known as their Dog's Voyage Around the World ™. This humorous and thrilling story of the dog's voyage will become a movie in 2012.
