Abby K9 is a German Shepherd Dog from Virginia.
Rescued from a kill shelter on what was literally her last day, Abby has become a true ambassador of the German Shepherd breed. Unlike many dogs, Abby's life doesn't take place just in the home and back yard. She gets to go shopping, travel, visit the sights, and even participate in re-enactments and living history displays with her humans.
Abby even has a job. When she's not helping around the house (she takes out the trash and carries laundry to the hamper!), Abby is a mascot for US Army recruiting and gets to visit public events where she always makes a splash. Who can resist a fuzzy German Shepherd!?
Her blog includes Abby's recent adventures; advice, tips, and commentary on dogs and in particular German Shepherds; as well as videos and a large gallery of photographs.
