I liked your blog!
Great thoughts on food, eating habits and stress!

I agree that REAL food is a very important issue for good health!
There are some very interesting things going on in the food industry.
I have been wondering what happened to the good natural tastes instead of all these flavouring additives?
Also how is our food processed and what effects do these other "anti agents" have on our overall health!
I recommend reading the content on food packages, it is very educational, ex, Is an ice-cream really an ice cream?
