An American in Denmark
http://www.lbstadler.wordpress.com
As an American in Denmark, there are many moments that I find myself contemplating the differences between my life in the U.S. and my life here in Copenhagen. Since I have now lived here for 5.5 years, I feel as though I finally have enough perspective and substance behind my observations and opinions.
This blog serves as a place for me to note Daily Observations living abroad, what particular differences I see as an American living in Denmark and just things that pop up that are worth commenting on as it relates to daily life and my adopted home, Denmark.
Finally, I have chosen to use this forum as a place to write about my experiences dealing with the after-effects of Meningitis. This includes the Health, Wellness & Balance category, as these are the areas that I have focused on the most during my recovery, and My Head, which provides an outlet for me to express what is needed about living and coping with chronic post-meningitis headache.
These topics may not be directly related, but they make up my world at the moment and should these topics grow too far apart, I may separate them in different blogs. For now, my writing will consist of a Cornucopia of topics related to these subjects.
My hope is that there is an audience for my writing and that somewhere, somehow and at some time my words just might touch, help or inspire someone. At the very least, it will allow me to write freely and openly about things I care about.

How I plan to spend the month of November
