Blog Detail
an unfinished person (in an unfinished universe)
http://unfinishedperson.com
This is the main blog of unfinishedperson, whose name is inspired by the quote by the late Dr. George Sheehan, "Each one of us is an unfinished person in an unfinished universe."
The purpose of the main blog is to serve as a portal into one unfinished person's life, especially through his different blogs that represent different elements of not only who he is, but who we all are:
body - Just A (Running) Fool,
mind - Just A (Reading) Fool,
and soul -Journeying with the Saints
and that part of us that doesn't fit neatly into the body/mind/soul paradigm: Unfinished Rambling(s)
It is my hope that each of the three, shared here through themed days on the main blog and on some of the other blogs, might shed a little light on these elements that make up us all.
The kaleidescope through which these elements of body, mind and soul can be seen as through different prisms on certain days are:
On an unfinished person (in an unfinished universe):
Sustenance Sunday, where I cross-post from my devotional blog, usually on a reflection from that day's homily
Meandering Monday, where I cross-post from my rambling blog (originally began as Movie Monday, which still might appear from time to time)
Tuesday's Tunes, where I share what's on the proverbial turntable for the week
Wordsmith Wednesday, where I share something I am writing or have written in the past
Thirsty Thursday, where I cross-post from my reading blog
Feetfirst Friday, where I cross-post from my running blog
and Sabbath Saturday, where I take a rest from writing and post a photo, work of art or video from somewhere online that has caught my eye (sans commentary), where you can leave a link to a photo, work or art or video from somewhere online that has caught your eye (sans commentary), if you like, in the comments.
