JamesHope someone can help.. my old girlfriend and her family were Arabic and her mother used to make this wonderfull food I have been looking for years on the name and how to make. It was round about 4 inches in diamiter and plump inside was rice /meat/and other things the outside I think fried in cornmeal or something TY James
