Living in a country where I have grown up with free healthcare makes me feel for you.I have noted of late American rightwingers criticising our NHS for being profligate and inefficient.The life expectancy of an Englishman is greater than an American.I don't live in financial fear if I get sick.A tramp on the streets is entitled to the same healthcare as a millionaire.OK this costs alot of money,but what is more important?Great Almond Street Hospital for sick children or a new nuclear submarine?
