Tugging at the fabric of the cosmos with Dr Ian O’Neill. Space science blog, discussing physics concepts in an informal, but informed way... Updated daily.
Recent PostsClick to see the whole sketch (©xkcd) I love today’s XKCD comic. It depicts Sagan-Man, a superhero who possesses Carl Sagan’s ability to communicate science to the world. In this case Sagan-Man uses his inspirational tone to stop a t...
wtf? After collecting myself from the bout of giggles when I read The Bloggess’ post about the rather bizarre auto-suggestion in Google Search, I was ready to find some more. (Awesome, the old classic, “french military victories” fo...
You may have noticed the increased chatter about the quality of sci/tech reporting in recent years. I know I have. In this age of incredible technological advancements and scientific discovery, it can often be very hard for reporters to root out wh...

Science blog on latest research news and articles
A blog on life in space, astrobiology, and an internship at NASA.
Physics of the bizarre, a new approach to our universe.
Its the engine of the space community on the web. Its like the space show in blog form. Its like xkcd, PhD comics, every scientific publication related to space; every song you have gotten stuck in your head for years like a crack addiction to the song and the scrips of all the James Bonds movie. Combine all of that and that isn't even 1% of the epic level of this blog. It has the same intensity as the Mac vs PC debate or the console wars. Its a bird, its a place, no, its astroengine.
Just read it, it is required to pass space cadet certification anyway.
