I told you all I was going for the 50,000 words over at NaNoWriMo and I’m sad to say I only made it to 17,000 words because I just couldn’t keep myself from going back and editing the words. The good news is that I developed more of my cu...

Although I knew what to expect when submitting my proposal I nevertheless was quite taken aback with the quick rejections and no responses. I would say about 30% of publishers/agents I sent to didn't reply. Fortunately though, I managed to find a publisher who's publishing my book later this year. Still, the exploits of sending submissions does have the tendency to knock the stuffing out of you

I found your site almost by accident, curious about what you had to say about ups and downs of being published. From the photo at the top to the personal info to the short posts, you held my interest. Very savvy and very bright and catchy...and smart.
