For the past couple of years I’ve been working on Sevilla Tapas, but the truth is that I enjoy making food as much as eating it. So this is a collection of my favourite make-at-home dishes. I’m not much of a recipe follower myself, so more often than not you may not see exact measurements for things, though I will try to be clear about cooking times and basic instructions.
