I think you're right about that because i think we as a society are stuck on looks and numbers--especially scale numbers--I know I keep trying in my mind to use my daily weight measurement as a mere guideline, but I too sometimes fall into the trap of focusing too much on those numbers--you are correct when you say it's got to be all about good health first.so keep this in the mind.....
