The Building and location looks good for the price offered, but Asking for comments about is not enough, I would like to suggest you to See the previous completed projects by this Developer, and then only proceed.

@Joseph , pleas verify the proper access road to Wild Grass, because the Road which leads to This flat is having some litigation, because of which it doesn't look like Bangalore, about builder check the Titles through a good Lawyer,

I was planning to book a 3BHK apartment from Brigade at HMT , North Bangalore.
I would like to know if it safe to book the same under these conditions, when several builders are yet to complete constructions on time. This particular project has been on since 2007. It seems there is reduction in price , but I am yet to be ascertian whether there will be any compromise in specs. Has there been this trend ever since the financial crisis began?

In case you are looking at buying an apartment, then it is not a good deal, as the apartments are old and does not have any value, you will be paying Rs.7000 for the small land share, It is better you move to some place near Old Madras Road or HSR Layout, or wait for 2-3 months, Just Like every other buyer is doing - WAIT AND WATCH!,

We have been unsuccessful in our search for a 3 bed in the IRchmond Town, langford town area. Either the apartments are crammy or the asking price still in the 7,000 per sq. ft and above range. Is this a good time to pick up one or shpould we still wait it out. I thought that prices shoudl have come down to the mid 6,000 range.

Taking Account of Inflation, it is wiser to Buy a Property only if you want to Occupy one/Afford, and don't buy for Investment purpose, as you are not going to get any returns, but if you have affordability and you are staying in a Rented property then this is the right time, as the prices are going to increase further, and no chances of coming down
