Most Bangkok condos do not allow pets. One maybe, 2 probably not. In case of cats maybe.. dogs probably not.
Best area to live in Bangkok is Thonglor (or Thonglo), Soi Langsuan and everything around Sukhumvit 24-26. Sathorn is quite polluted and no BTS access.
