COMPRESS YOUR MP3 FILES WITHOUT LOSSING THE QuALITY

Hi friends.today i want 2 share with u a very useful technique of compressing MP3 audio files!i'm
sure it will very helpful for the friends who share mp3 files through internet.
by using the technique,u can compress ur 4.69mb MP3 file to 2.21mb!!!!
i've some home made songs which i composed by my PC.i thought how can i share it with my friends
and how can i compress the MP3 files without lossing the quality.then i researched and after trying
2 hours,i have found the way how can i compress MP3 files without lossing the quality.before
starting,i would like to say that it losses a little bit quality but it is hardly to catch that the
quality has lost.i had a MP3 song file of 3.35 minutes which was 3.29mb.when i applied the
technique,it was 1.52mb without lossing the orginal quality!!!
you should not compress the MP3 file directly From MP3 to MP3.your mp3 song is already compressed
from PCM(we call it Wave format).we have to compress the MP3 file more.so,check it out!!!
1.convert ur MP3 file to Wav format by using any converter software.check it that ur MP3 song and
wav format song are same to hear.
2.open sound recorder from--start > programs > accessories > entertainment > sound recorder(in XP)
3.drag your wav file and drop to the sound recorder.
4.file > save as > change
5.change formet to ---"Ogg vorbis (mode 1)"--(i'm confused that i have the format/codec but maybe
somebody have not the codec/format.)
6.change attributes to ---"44100Hz,Stereo,About 64kbps(Q:0.0)"
7.click ok
8.change file name
9.click save and wait...
10.close sound recorder and check your new file!!!
though the output file is wave format,but it works.if u unhappy with the wave file,then just
convert it to a mp3 again.for doing this:---
1.open sound recorder from--start > programs > accessories > entertainment > sound recorder
2.drag your wav file and drop to the sound recorder.
3.file > save as > change
4.change formet to ---"MPEG Layer-3"
6.change attributes to ---"44100Hz,128kbps CBR,Stereo,15kb/s"
7.click ok
8.change file name
9.click save and wait...
10.close sound recorder and check your new file!!!
