Deepak TripathiThis blog raises the most fundamental of social issues and must be congratulated for that. Miscarriages of justice are increasing. The penal system in America, I am sad to say, is harsh and unreliable; the system of plea-bargaining contrary to the spirit of law. Money and reach to top lawyers counts. The result - huge variations in the delivery of justice.
MarilynBarbara, I commend you for deciding to speak out about these vitally important issues. I will definitely be returning again to your excellent blog.
DevinGreat writing on a subject that is frequently forgotten in society.
LaWow! What a fabulous idea and cause...going on the roll...keep it up!
Coralie NellhardThis is an excellent blog and you are writing about a very important issue that needs to be dealt with.
I don´t know a lot about injustice in the US, but like everywhere in the World there is injustice that needs to be highlighted.
Thank you very much and I wish you every success with bringing this issue to the public.
DPA very noble effort and I wish you every success to accomplish your mission.
robThis has been an important issue to me for a while. I pray that the truely innocent find their way out of prison. I appreciate your work. Important blog!

Barbre McMurrayI am questioning how come if a man is 'presumed innocent until proven guilty' in a trial...why is it that a man has to PROVE himself innocent if he has been convicted on false, or falty evidence!!?? Something is very wrong here!!

joiceI am Tommy Ward's older sister and i am comiting on this blog to announce his inncents, he did not commit the crim that he is been found guilty for, because how can he be two places at ONCE!!! On the night of the murder which Tommy was accused of he was with my husband wich they where fixing the bathroom water pips for my mom's house thats why they could not find any evidence on Tommy Ward because he did not leave the house all that night i know he did not leave because I was up all night. Also Mr. Peterson accused me of lieing after I testified for my brother behalf and that he would charge me for pergiry but he never did. Because if he looked into my statement that I made at the courthouse then that would had proofed that Tommy was innacent. But I hope with this comment that someone will step up and help my brother be set free from the bars which lept him prison for over 20 years. And i hope that the people that found Tommy guilty that god dosent look down on them to much and see the way of their error.
Karen MoserThis blog is so interesting. Injustice needs to be dealt with.
ChurchOfIntegrityThe look of your blog is very clean. Your posts are well written. Most importantly then you are spreading a good cause, convicting innocent men is a terrible thing. I give this blog two thumbs up.
