Talking about service is the easy part. Providing it - Now that's a different story. Why would the counter salesman tell me over the phone that it would take about 45 minutes to get change my wife's tires, only to tell her that it would be about 2 hours when she got there? And then, 3 hours later, after she waited in the coffee shop next door, the car still wasn't even into the bay. I'll never be back.

Having 35 yrs as being a service manager / shop owner myself , I have seen it all . My wife had a flat tire at 5:30 , you close at 6:00.Pete Nicotri was her advisor .My wife was so impressed !No one tried to sell her anything , fixed her tire right away , no charge and we she got home there was a coupon for service in her e-mail.Keep in mind I sold her the tires not Belle. You guys are something else , thank you again.
