You think airmiles is bad, apparently airmiles has decided to make people who are not a Gold collector, wait even longer to have there calls answers. That is fact. Gold collectors get to come first, even if a non-gold collector called in way before the Gold collector. Unfair isn't it?? I should know, I work there. If you want to have your say, it is better to write to us, or fax, as oppose to call, we can't doing anything at the call centre, but if they read your personal letters and emails, they will listen. Makes you wonder if airmiles has the power to do that what do you think their employees are going through?? Let me tell you, HELL all for a billion dollars

I want to voice my displeasure with Airmiles. We switched to Airmiles from Aeroplan a number of years ago because it was so hard to get seats anyway near the time we wished to fly. Well low and behold the problem has arrisen with Airmiles now. If you wish to get from Moncton to Tampa Fl. the earliest we could get seats was June, 09. To go to Fl from Moncton via airmiles you must go through Toronto. There is no problem getting seats from Toronto to Tampa. The problem is getting from Moncton to Toronto. We ended up using airmiles from Toronto to Tampa and payed seat sale for a total of $1244.00. The next week we could booked with West Jet seat sale for $1054.00 round trip for two taxes in. So the Airmiles were of no value and actually cost us money.
