This site is free and contains a hompy similar to a blog but for kids. The contents can be rated by the parents and while you'll never have a 100% save community this one is very safe.
You can upload videos, pictures, and music and there is a special my player in it that my son 10 loves. He is very limited in what he's allowed to do and is very happy to load the songs he already has on to his my player and to play them in his private room.
