I am a bodybuilder from India. And i have accomplished titles in my university, colleges, district and i have been a runner up in the under 21 State championship. In the process of trying to do that i have gained some knowledge and i started sharing it with all the young bodybuilders willing to learn. In the process of writin articles i gained a lot of knowledge and helped me in accomplished the Mr.TamilNadu 2008 title. I will be posting articles on a regular basis and you can post your concerns in the comments to the respective articles and i will surely reply to your question. Even if i don't know the answer to a question i will surely guide you in the correct direction so that you get your doubts cleared.
