jan jonesSaw drinking water packaged in biodegradeable bottles.
Want to find name of company abd contact information for the company.
While I agree that vast quantities of foodstuffs are a difficult choice in terms of removing foodstuffs from the human foodchain, until biodegradeagle containers are proven to be commercially viable, acceptable alternatives will not be developed.
Until it is commercially proven that consumers will spend the few cents more to purchase products in biodegradable containers, alternative sources of biodegradeable containers and packaging will not be developed.

Tim DunnWe now feature some purely biodegradable disposable plastic items, as well as oxo-biodegradable items. We do not sell items made of PLA or bioplastics, because we feel that the impact on world hunger would be a disaster if bioplastics really caught on-bioplastics are made of food- usually corn, but also soybeans and peas. 150 million tons of corn is far too much to remove from the food supply to make plastic disposables out of-and the part of oil that is used to make plastic cannot be made into gasoline or diesel - it is an otherwise useless byproduct that used to be burned off that is made into plastic. Tim Dunnhttp://biogreenproducts.biz supplies oxo-biodegradable bottle caps and preforms.
Those wishing to learn more about oxo-biodegradable plastic products should visit our website at http://biogreenproducts.biz . We have posted a huge amount of information about oxo-biodegradable plastics, and supply many oxo-biodegradable plastic disposable products - wholesale only, I'm afraid. We supply garbage bags, t-shirt bags, water bottle preforms, deli containers and lids, produce bags, straws, and cutlery with zip-lock bags on the way. -Tim Dunn

I've had about ENOUGH of the bleeding heart, tree-hugging HIPPIES that want to 'save the earth'!! Forget ya'll! I want my 'quality' things back (you remember "back in the day," "vintage" ?)
...Sure would be nice to see the sturdy, substantial bottled WATERS in production again!!!!These pitiful excuses for bottles nowadays are simply INEXCUSABLE. Its a miracle just to get a package of them back to the HOUSE intact!! They dent and make crinkling noises if you just LOOK at them the wrong way! Not to mention the "snap, crackle, popping" they perform after you've merely TOUCHED them as if they're in a CHOIR! The worst part being their unpredictably sudden loud POPS in the middle of the NIGHT!
