Brittany,

Go to my blog and email me about work opportunities. We do take on volunteers who want to learn the ropes and if you Live in SW Ohio or EC Indiana this would be workable (we do not have any housing, sorry).

Or find a farm near you and ask if they need any help. the farmers market is an excellent place to find farmers in your area.

I thought what you said was fantastic. I am a nieve city girl, young, with two children. I have recently had an awakeneing about the environment, how Americans arent healthy and dont make wise decisions. I want to change how my family and I live our lives. I have adopted greener ways of life, but i wanted to take it futher adopt it fully and start producing and learning. I have been researching horticulture degrees. Is this the right thing to be looking into? I was wondering if any one had any information. I was also wondering if I could talk with Lucy about working on her farm for a learning experience. Thank you
