Boxing Tips, Resources, and Info
http://boxingresources.blogspot.com/
I am a 30 year old male with no boxing experience. (never even been in a fight) I recently bought myself a heavy bag and some bag gloves and began working out in my basement. My hope is that one day I may join my local gym to further my training and maybe even one day get in a ring and get punched a few times. My plan is to jot down some ideas and some words as I progress. And maybe point out some resources and videos as I find them.

Interesting to read the comments on your hand protection. I really hope that all of you are using mouth protection. Wearing a properly made mouthguard will not only protect your teeth and gums but will protect your brain as well. Many concussions that occur in high contact sports are a result of a blow to the jaw. Please make sure that you use a high quality, custom made mouthguard.
