Thanks for reading my blog. I'm not very familiar with the advertising aspect of internet advertising. However, these are probably somethings I would look into.
I'd set up a store in eBay or something similar that will lead to your CD purchase. Also, find blogs that are related to what your CD is about and see if they will review it for you. I think good reviews are great ways to market products.
