I'm not sure if this review is going for the post obove or not. I do wan't to mention however, that the Jiffy Mart on Elm, next to Hot Diggity Dog, has the worst customer experience I have ever gone through, and this is my opinion, not all others, (to save myselft from slander). Almost every time I come up to the cash register, the cashier is busy, on the phone with the usual "Important Call" or doing something that has nothing to do with helping a customer, just their own agendas, so that you can wait 10 minutes if not more, to be served. One day I came in, and was asked: "The Pope...Right?" Huh, I said? "THE POPE, RIGHT!!!?. Thinking in my mind, I said, "Yeah the Pope". My, my...now I have to be a certian religion to shop there? Maybe she knows i'm Jewish? The kid they have, is constantly asking if I need help, no matter how many times I say no thank you. They are always so parinoid of being ripped off, despite the cameras proudly displayed, that they have to stand right there and watch you like a hawk. One of the store owners, is always saying, "Hi Big Guy", (in a sarcastic tone), it's like EXCUSE ME!?. I loved it then, when I went in, and that person is there, since I have lost all those extra pounds, and say: "Hi BIG BOY!". Lol, he dosen't seem to appriciate it, but oh well, what goes around comes around. The prices are outragoues. No other store, small or big, charges the prices they do. If you buy a soda pop, and are lucky enough to get a sale on it, it is warm, especially on a hot summer day. I don't think they realize, that if they cool it down some more, more people would buy, and if they treated the customer with respect, the same they demand to be treated, then hence, a bigger profit margin. These people do not seem to care for any customer they do not agree with, or do not like, just based upon a persons looks or personality. I decided not to go there anymore. I don't need this crap. I have spent hundreds of dollars there in the past, and now I enjoy being appriciated for my buisness elswhere, and practically everywhere else in town. No Kudo's to Jiffy Mart. How PATHETIC! Now who's not appriciated?

I recently bought a new construction home from a builder based in Utah - Cheney Construction. Prior to the purchase, we negotiated a door installation to a bathroom. 2 months later the work is only half done. There has been poor communication throughout with the few contractors that have shown up being unannounced and multiple appointments missed without notice. Home inspection items were not completed as promised and the work that was done on that list was of poor quality.
There are many choices in this housing market. I have tried to give this builder every benefit of the doubt and accomodated items that I later regret doing. I wish I could recommend this builder but cannot do so in good faith.
