Cafe Cyan

http://www.cafecyan.com

Café Cyan started in 2006 as a food journal documenting creative cooking pursuits. After living on a meat and potatoes diet for years, it was time to shift to a healthier lifestyle. Joining the local co-op and subscribing to a crop share was the first step in changing the way we eat to be more focused on vegetables, legumes and alternative proteins.

Café Cyan is a great place to discover new foods, share recipes and ideas, and get inspiration for creating your own healthy kitchen.
