We are totally bemused over here in Frankfurt. Whilst unemployment in the UK continues to rise dramatically, thousands of jobs are being created by UK Companies and now by the Governement itself, in overseas 'call centres'. Presumably, all remuneration for these (often unintelligible) ex-colonials will be subject to full UK taxation thereby redressing the balance somewhat.
