MSTMake sure the canon software has been installed. If there are images viewable on the camera they are on the card. If after installing the software the card data is still not recognized leavee the card in the camera and connectthe usb cable. You should get a prompt to open Zoom Browser.
JakeI purchased a canon G10 for my wife for christmas and she is having troubles getting the pictures to save to the SD card. I haven't really used her camera and don't know much about it, but maybe someone can explain to me what she is or isn't doing. She takes the SD card out and puts it in the computer but there isn't anything on it.

Recently purchased Canon A470 digital camera for family use. Can not load software, Microsoft XP refuses saying it has not been verified and may seriously damage my computer now or in the future. I am sure this issue could be resolved with a little goodwill but that is a quality sadly lacking with Canon UK support. A stream of emails have been equally patronising confused and unhelpful and I doubt if I will be purchasing any any further Canon products.
