Recently purchased Canon A470 digital camera for family use. Can not load software, Microsoft XP refuses saying it has not been verified and may seriously damage my computer now or in the future. I am sure this issue could be resolved with a little goodwill but that is a quality sadly lacking with Canon UK support. A stream of emails have been equally patronising confused and unhelpful and I doubt if I will be purchasing any any further Canon products.
