My car was being shipped from Seattle, WA. to Atlanta, GA. My car has gone missing. 5 Towns brokered out to another trucking company and no one can get in touch with the driver of the truck. He has mysteriously vanished...with my car (and 9 other ones).
The sales guy called me daily promising a better rate than anyone else. He did, he beat the offer I had on the table from a reputable company. Do not let them scam you like they did me.
5 Towns has not offered to help me in anyway. They refuse to refund my $150 deposit due to contractual obligations. They have not communicated with me as to what's going on or what they're doing to rectify the situation. They have left me high and dry (and carless).
I am going to do everything in my power to warn as many people as possible against using this company. I am working with the police, I am working with my insurance company, I will go to the news, I will go to a lawyer, I will do whatever it takes.
This has been the worst experience ever! Please, do not use 5 Towns Transport.
