The delhi govt/central govt. fail to fullfil the the following points/standards/ norms pertain to INDIANS/ B./M. Pharmacists:
1 NO QUALITY PHARMACY SERVICES OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS,
2 ONLY A LOW / SUB-STANDARD PHARMACY SERVICES IS PROVIDED TO THE INDIANS i.e. DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY INSPITE OF B.PHARM, WHICH IS ESSENCIAL NEED OF PHARMACY SERVICES
3. Non-Rational utilization of Higher Technical qualified working Pharmacist ( B. Pharm/M.Pharm ) inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
4. No implementation of recommendations of the various govt Committees constituted by government since 1954 , like Hathi Committee (1975), Kelkar committee etc. pertaining to B. /M. Pharm. Pharmacists ,Pharmacy practice , inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
5. No future socio-economic balance proposed so far for Pharmacy Graduates /Post Graduates at par with other technical degree & even diploma holders, i.e., Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, Assist. Teachers etc. inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
6. No weightage in any means viz., Scale, Grade Pay, Promotional posts etc for B/M Pharm Pharmacists working for more than 8-10 years,as compare to other technical graduates like Engineers, doctors , inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
7. No additional increments / allowances to B. /M. pharm Pharmacists working for more than 8-10 years ,as compare to Nurses for the highter technical qualifications, inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
8. Non standardize Pharmacy services in Delhi, w.r.t. WHO & International Norms., in spite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
9. No weightage, to the only AICTE approved Technical medico-degree (in India, i.e. B. Pharm / M. Pharm in health care services , inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
10. No formation of a separate Department of Pharmacy in each hospital under the Incharge-ship of Pharmacy Graduate / Post Graduate, as recommended by the various Committees constituted by government since 1954 , like Hathi Committee (1975), Kelkar committee etc. inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
11. No Pharmacy / Dispensing Allowance recommended for Pharmacists however Doctors get NPA i.e., 25% of basic salary which is added to Basic for calculation of pay & allowances and Nurse (Nursing Allowance - Rs. 3200/) , inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
12. No weightage to the onerous duties & responsibilities & quality services being performed by the B/M Pharm.Pharmacists in the health care services of Delhi. , inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt .
13. No future prospects proposed for the Health and Pharmacy service w.r.t. International norms. inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt
14. PHARMACY ACT � 1948 , section 42VIOLATION in Hospitals Wards in Delhi
15. No standardized & internationally equevelent Pharmacist cadre , inspite of standardized & unique RR Delhi Govt
16. No motivation to D. Pharm /B. Pharm /M. Pharm Pharmacists for., Scale, Grade Pay, Promotional posts etc in case of higher technical qualifications .which ultimately improve the quality Pharmacy service to the patients . the patients are still devoid of it even after the 62 years of Independence & the service which is common in rest of the world .
