do not buy tickets here. they have worst of the worst service. make you to call them billion times to solve your issue, supervisors and managers are useless and rude. airline canceled my flight and i was told that everybody on that flight had to get full refund with out penalty. it took me 1 week calling every single day, sometimes 2-3 times a day, explaining to every single representative, supervisor and manager what was going on, nobody wanted to help. only one thing they are interested to charge you and keep the fees. after 1 week batle finaly they promissed to censel my tickets and after that it took a month go refund money. i will never ever purchase anything from them. i would not even if they were giving out free tickets or hotel rooms. do not have business with chipoair.
