My blog is about the "silent epidemic" as it is called Chronic Pain. The truth about chronic pain is that it knows no age limits or racial barriers. There are 70 million people in this country suffering from this deadly and unrelenting disease. I hope to call attention to the under treatment and stigma of chronic pain and the people who suffer just like me. I welcome your feedback and comments.

I have been in chronic pain since Jan 29 2004;from a work injury. still fighting the company for work compensation after three back surgeries and has been a nightmare with the Doctors and lawyers .Or i should say getting help ; no one seems to understand how chronic pain affects your life until you live with it daily ; walking the floors heat and ice ; and taking pain meds . I t makes me sad and angry to know so many people are living with the same condition.It is like no wants to listen ; but aftr not sleeping for two days ; i know how it makes u so angry and bitter!
