CDI is a group of 5 English Academies located in Busan and Changwon, South Korea with more schools to be added in 2007 and beyond. The branches include Haeundae, Dongnae, Kwangon, Busanjin (all in Busan city limits) and the other branch in Changwon. These schools are 5 of the many Chung Dahm (English) Institutes located throughout South Korea. At the end of 2006, there were 57 CDI branches & in 2007, there will be an estimated 100 branches in total. In 2006, there were over 30,000 students enrolled in CDI.
CDI, in general, is considered to be one of, if not the most successful English Academies in South Korea. It achieved this status by striving to have the best program, curriculum, instructors & researchers in South Korea. The Academy is well known for being one of the “best places to work for English Instructors” due to its most competitive salaries, benefits, and general environment and management conditions.
