Master in Marketing and sales management (1998),Phd in Biochemichal and specialist in nutrition anti - aging is author of the books "Está rico y no engorda" and "Socorro, me oxido" (Alianza editorial), and she contributes to a journal EL MUNDO (Cantabria edition) sectión "La alimentación anti-aging".

Esmeralda Díaz Aroca in collaboration with L´Obrador Catering,company based in Madrid, are developping the concept Gourmet Anto -OX offering a anti age cooking solution, tasted and atractive, based in the use of natural and fresh ingredients with high anti oxidant capacity helping the cells to combat the effect of the free radicals. Last but not least the way of cooking the ingredients, allows to keep their biologichal attributes and increase the bio disponibility.

The anti ox menues are based in the mediterranean diet , using foods with powerful anti oxidants features (some fruits, vegetables, meats and fish...) provide anti oxidants vitamins,minerals anti ox, oligo elments, extracts vegetables, greasy acids Omega 3 and Omega 6.
