According to the CFTC, as of May 31, 2007 the top 100 FCM's had a combined 113.6 billion in segregated funds. Of this pool, the top 20 FCM's accounted for 103 billion of it. This means that the research and recommendations for 90% of the funds in play are coming from just 20 individual firms.
