Please beware this bus company has unsafe buses with door opening on road travel and driver very bad tempered. Bus dirty and rattle a lot. Cost a lot for travel but very frightened trip. Do not feel safe on these peoples buses.

Ronda JohnsonIf you ever need car repairs DO NOT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY OF THE DARCAR SERVICE CENTERS THE DC, MD, and VA AREA. Just last week, I took my car in to have a $140.00 part replaced. When I returned to pick up my car, I was then told that I needed to replace the engine. When it was apparent that I wasn't going to replace the engine, I was told, by the service director "I can work with the sale manager to get you a really good deal on a new car." To date Darcars is not willing to accept liability for negligence that occurred while completing a repair service they recommended. What ever you do, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DARCAR FOR SERVICE...UNLESS YOUR CAR HAS A FULL WARRANTY. Otherwise you may end up needing a new car.

I purchased a diamond ring along with a extended warranty plan. A couple of diamonds fell out and I took the ring back for replacements. This ring had clear matching diamonds when purchased. The diamonds that they replaced were every dark and are full of inclusions. I did not accept the work and asked that it be redone. I went back and picked up the ring and not only were the diamonds that they replaced full of inclusions, but a few more of the stones were dark as well. "Buyer Beware"
