I purchased a diamond ring along with a extended warranty plan. A couple of diamonds fell out and I took the ring back for replacements. This ring had clear matching diamonds when purchased. The diamonds that they replaced were every dark and are full of inclusions. I did not accept the work and asked that it be redone. I went back and picked up the ring and not only were the diamonds that they replaced full of inclusions, but a few more of the stones were dark as well. "Buyer Beware"
