I’m a writer. I’m working on a Mystery/Thriller/shooting/extortion/sexual tension/big money, kind of book. I want the story ot punch like Raymond Chandler, dance like Damon Runyon, and sing like D. H. Lawrence, with a midnight smile from Hunter S. Thompson.
A paper route, mail order sales, bagging groceries, selling tile, grout,
and linoleum, pushing stock, bonds, and options, along with a blue ribbon for
the back stroke at the Venice Beach Saturday Swim when I was six,
and an honorable mention for my pencil drawing of a tug boat at
the San Diego County Fair. Add a self straightened broken toe,
three cats, and who knows how much Agent Orange.

Been to the Coffee Bean. I'm all coffee'd up. Time to type.As promised, less about my mundane daily activities, (Which NFL game to watch, rantings about contentious computers, movie reviews), and more about writing. I'm trying to coax writers to visi...
Day 28
Colts vs Ravens, or Cowboys vs Redskins. Which to watch? Commentator saying, "Redskins will implement their running game much of the day." Decision made, I'll go with the Colts/Ravens. Tedious running game? Not today. I like the Alley-Oops!As you wel...
Day 27
'These are the times that try men's souls.' I may not be looking forward to a winter in Valley Forge, or a Siege of Boston, and I'm no George Washington, or Thomas Paine, but when your computer 'Can't Read the Drive,' and it's telling you to hit 'Ent...
