Curious Nutrition

http://curiousnutrition.blogspot.com/

It's about my quest to find the real truth about nutrition amidst the fog of conflicting theories. How to be healthy, fit and strong and actually eat! My personal discoveries about the best way to lose fat and build muscle... with the least amount of pain. I'm passionate about gaining correct nutrition through eating a whole food diet and occasional fasting for healing. We live in a junk food culture of fast food and fast living... we should all take a look back at traditional society and mimic their delicious fare and active lifestyle. I'm also a fan of the slow foods movement.
