I BUY American. I pay a little more, so that the people who live in America can still have a job, instead of in China or some other country. MADE in the USA, just like me.
Have YOU ever checked the labels on MARTHA STEWART 's products ???? CHINA, CHINA, CHINA, and no I am NOT talking about the plates we use! Made in China, not the USA!!!
While American workers are losing their jobs -- The West Point Stevens Factory where they make TOP QUALITY SHEETS, right here in the USA, may be closing. These are AMERICAN workers losing jobs to overseas. MARTHA STEWART 's sheets are NOT made here in AMERICA, but in CHINA. I know absolutely NO ONE in China, but I do know people here in Maine, who have family members losing their jobs.
The Biddeford plant has now closed two shifts in less than two years, and this is an American company, that MARTHA COULD have supported and DID NOT DO SO.
I don't work there, I do not have even one relative who does. BUT I BUY AMERICAN, and I don't appreciate someone who has over 90% of her products made in FOREIGN countries, and encourages THE US population to BUY FOREIGN, and NOT to buy AMERICAN.
What a SHAME MARTHA, what a waste. We have GOOD people in AMERICA losing their jobs because MARTHA does NOT have her products made here in the USA.
THAT is NOT a good thing.
