i booked and paid for a room for two weeks at your hotel in Luton. It was for my inlaw nd his family but they were not granted visas. I have been told that the money cannot be returned to my credit card where the payment of over £400 pounds was paid. Please help me get the money back, i am a student and want the money back since my inlaw was not given a visa. The Manager of th Luton hotel spoke to me and said i am losing the money for a service not provided. They have my contact as i booked the room for April 09-23. Please help me get the money back. I know you can.
