Debt Solution Reviews
A confident man believes that there is a solution to every problem and a debt problem is no exception. Quality debt management begins with proper debt help. The debt solution awaits you, just round the corner and getting hold of it is like going through a rehabilitation program from a debt burdened situation towards a debt free land. Keeping the present financial scenario in mind many Americans feel that a permanent debt solution is out of their reach. But in order to reform your financial position the spirit should come from within and not from without.
My wife an I contacted Fast Debt Solutions, Inc. of 3330 Earhart Drive, Ste 106,Carrollton, TX, 75006 back in May of '08 to help us consolidate and payoff our debts following two major hospital stays, and subsequent surgeries. We wanted to pay our creditors, but employed the services of FDS to help negotiate reduced settlement prices, and reasonable payment schedules . This was up until a month ago when we finally closed down the joint account we had set up with them. This account had been established at their request for the purpose of making payments to creditors, and also for their 15% fee on any accounts they had helped negotiate down for us. Well, they never negoitiated anything down, but they continue to make deductions from said account nonetheless. The fact that they had done nothing to reduce the debts was verified by at least two of the creditors they were allegedly negotiating with. We were advised by those creditors that the only contact they had had w/ FDS was a phone call asking how much was owed, and what payments they wanted. They at no time even attempted to negotiate a reduced payment, or a new payment schedule. However, they have pocketed approximately $4,000 of $4700 from our contributions to pay themselves for their "expenses", and continued to do so up until approx. one month ago when we closed that account. Stay away from these people, and do the negotiation on your own. We guarantee you will be money ahead. We are currently in the process of bringing legal action against this business (4/3/09).
