Dear Ms. Mitchell,
I am not a designer; my wife a visual (graphic) designer and my sister an architect, historic preservation and minimalist designer (both interiors and exteriors of buildings). I love your Blog. Thank you. We like chairs here. Thirty-some years ago, around the time we got married, we saw a chair that looked like an egg; when you sat inside you were nearly completely enclosed and shut off from the outside world. It was on sale at a store called The Id, I think; in Evanston, Ill. I should like to find out more about this chair, and its name. Thank you for your beautiful and informative and learned blog! Just great!
~Tom, Downers Grove, Illinois.
