hi martha. thanks for all the info on how to bring down my sugar. i am having a very difficult time keeping my sugar down now i realize stress could be a factor. i will breath slowly and deeply and try to exercise more.again thanks for all tour help. sweetiepie

I am a diabetic (t-2) and I am always looking for new low carb recipes. Thanks for all the good info you have put into your blog. I will try the lowest carb recipes...I am trying to keep my daily carb intake at 72 and under. Keep up the good work. I will be visiting again in hopes of finding more great recipes
