Hi, Sitaram,
Yes, they are my own recipes. I use food to manage my blood glucose, and the essence of how it is done is to make sure that the same number of grams of protein (lowfat) are eaten along with an equal number of grams of carbs. This prevents blood sugar rises, and makes you feel really full on fewer calories.
A good book that explains the whole problem is by Dr. Stephen Sinatra, called SUGAR SHOCK.
You can also find my daily blog at http://www.diabeticmealplanning.blogspot.com - I use that blog more than this one.
Glad you enjoy the recipes, I will add more as I can. I work helping diabetics to plan their meals in my full time job, so the blog is secondary to that. But I do enjoy sharing and I hope everyone enjoys eating in balance!

I'm so glad I found your blog!! I'm slightly insulin resistant and my hubby is at the higher end, almost a diabetic. Your recipes are going to help a lot! Thanks for your time and effort and for sharing your recipes and knowledge!
