Deborah Silver, who has been a landscape designer in Michigan for 23 years, also owns and operates Detroit Garden Works, a store devoted to fine objects for gardens. The blog features photographs and essays on all manner of design projects and installations including the landscape, gardens, flowers for parties and events, topiary, and sculpture. She also manufactures furniture and ornament for gardens.
