-Nice mix of words and videos
-Menu is well thought out
-Appropriate room for ad placement
-The header makes a great contrast against the white content background
RECOMMENDATIONS
-Make the overall width smaller (I think the video in the sidebar is causing this but not sure) so it fits on 1024x768
-Make the google ads not have a black background
-Make the video sizes smaller (if possible)
So far so good. :)
