The meaning of the mantra is simple. It’s about moving past hardship, disappointment and loss (bad shit happens to everyone), learning how to dust yourself off (even if you land in dog poo) and live a wildly fabulous laughter-filled life! Who doesn’t love fabulous? And laughs? LOVE them, mean it!

So let’s recap:

1. You can choose to allow the bad joo joo in life keep you down (and wallow in the pit of eternal despair)
2. You can choose to pick yourself up and Giggle On!™
