Early Onset Alzheimer's - Online Journal
http://earlyonset.blogspot.com
My husband Jim developed dementia at age 49 and passed away at 59. This blog is an extension of my Alzheimer's Association volunteer work and is a way to share my thoughts and ideas with others who have a loved one with Alzheimer's or a related dementia. Some of my essays are more about family than Alzheimer's. This is appropriate because dementia is a disease that affects the entire family. Life goes on and we must learn to be flexible and adapt to a new reality. We need to laugh and live life to the fullest.
